{"id":3490,"date":"2013-03-04T13:35:41","date_gmt":"2013-03-04T08:05:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manipur.gov.in\/?page_id=3490"},"modified":"2013-03-04T13:35:41","modified_gmt":"2013-03-04T08:05:41","slug":"state-portal-and-its-functionalities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/manipur.gov.in\/?page_id=3490","title":{"rendered":"State Portal and its Functionalities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>State Portal and its Functionalities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The State portal will act as front end interface to State level e-Governance initiatives and services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information about Government departments, line ministries, and web links to these departments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information about Government structure in the State, service offerings, key notifications etc to the business community and citizens.<\/li>\n<li>Can be accessed via a variety of established channels, including Individual users (through PCs), Common Service Centres, Government Service delivery counters, mobile phones, iPad, etc.<\/li>\n<li>The State Portal shall also host all the electronic forms for various Government Services accessible to citizens in the State.<\/li>\n<li>The portal and e-forms would be available in both local language (Manipuri) &amp; English.<\/li>\n<li>A citizen will be able to fill the forms electronically through internet services including Common Service Centre (CSCs) outlets and submit his\/her application electronically or the forms can be downloaded and submitted by scanning and uploading it.<\/li>\n<li>A citizen will be able to track the status of his\/her application\/request at any point in time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Portal and its Functionalities: The State portal will act as front end interface to State level e-Governance initiatives and services.
