    2. All matters relating to Organisation and Method including Work Study.<\/li>\n
    3. All matters relating to Staff Assessment and prescription of staffing pattern for creation of new posts.<\/li>\n
    4. Matters relating to Training.<\/li>\n
    5. Matters relating to Civil List.<\/li>\n
    6. All matters relating to simplification of procedures and methods.<\/li>\n
