- Creation, maintenance and updating of the Manipur Government Employees List (MGEL) now called the Computerization of Personnel Information System (CPIS).
- Creation, maintenance and updating of the pensioners database in consultation with the Directorate of Treasuries and the Office of the Accountant General, Manipur and
- Developing, establishing and managing a computerized system for automation of Finance Department and its functions e.g. budget preparation, fund authorization, Letter of Credit, Cheque Drawal Authority, fund allotment and monitoring of expenditure sanctions.
