Matters :

  1. Creation, maintenance and updating of the Manipur Government Employees List (MGEL) now called the Computerization of Personnel Information System (CPIS).
  2. Creation, maintenance and updating of the pensioners database in consultation with the Directorate of Treasuries and the Office of the Accountant General, Manipur and
  3. Developing, establishing and managing a computerized system for automation of Finance Department and its functions e.g. budget preparation, fund authorization, Letter of Credit, Cheque Drawal Authority, fund allotment and monitoring of expenditure sanctions.
