- Order regarding in pursuance of the implementation of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) in all the schemes in Manipur and for taking the DBT Mission initiative forward, a Core team is hereby set up headed by the Director/Institutional Finance, Government of Manipur
- Selection of banks for handling business and deposits of State Public Sector Undertakings (SPSUs) and State Level Autonomous Societies (SLASs), Local Bodies and other statutory and non-statutory bodies under the control of Government of Manipur for the year 2016-17.
- Adoption of Direct Benefit Transfer for all State funded schemes/projects.
- Promotion of payments through Cards and Digital means by providing discount in digital payment by the State Govt.
- Payment of utility charges through e-payment.
